Sunset Mountain LLC Rules and Expectations
Management may make changes on an as needed basis.

We do not allow any visitors unless we have a valid photo ID on file for them and they have made a reservation with us. If you have a DD or other transportation bring you to or pick you up from our facility, they need to meet you/drop you at the gate. If you show up with more people than what your reservation is for, we are going to ask you to leave with no refund.

Showering with soap is mandatory each time before entering hot tub or pool. No footwear allowed in hot tub.

No glass containers allow at hot tub area including porch/pavillion or pool area.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in public areas or the bus or camper, including but not limited to: hot tub, porch area or pool. Please only smoke or vape in your camp area or RV spot, but not in our bus or camper. Please be respectful of others if using odor emitting products.

Activity of sexual nature or sexually suggestive nature is not allowed in shared spaces, in sight of others or outdoors including on the trails.

Obnoxious or offensive behavior is prohibited, including but not limited to: profanity, illicit sexual behavior, public defecation, public intoxication, loud music or any annoyance or nuisance to the community.

No littering including cigarette butts.

Fires permitted in fire ring near bath house weather permitting and only when there are no county wide burn bans. Use gas or electric fir pits and grills at each individual campsite.

Consumption of food in hot tube or pool is prohibited.

Your pet must be on a leash at all times. Pet owners must use plastic bags to pick up dog feces and dispose of bags in proper trash receptacles. Pets are not allowed at hot tub or porch area. Pets will have to have proof of current rabies vaccination. Service animals will have to have proper documentation on file with management.

Illegal drugs are prohibited, illegal use of alcohol is also prohibited.

Quiet time is 10pm-8am. This is not a party campground.

Please do not go in view of the road or neighboring properties without being properly covered (this includes female breasts). We encourage use of our trail system (only available on weekends) but please carry a towel or some kind of covering with you. If you come into contact with a neighbor, please be respectful to not cause a disturbance and turn and go the other way. Please respect the fact that not everyone can handle seeing real life nude bodies.

Please do not attempt to pet or feed any livestock you may encounter. Once you enter the property, please stay in the designated nude use area. Please don’t open or close any gates. Do not enter into any pasture or timber areas that are not designated as part of the campground. The trail map shows the safe area. If you are unclear about what is designated for nude use, it is your responsibility to ask management for clarification.

There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Swim at your own risk.

If the hot tub is covered when you get in it, please cover it when you’re done. Please do not adjust the temperature of the hot tub without manager’s approval.
